What type of genre's do you prefer?

I was wondering what kind of genre's you guy's/girls's like to read?
For me, I like romance, with a side of action, reverse harem, fantasy, comedy, and historical manga's.

I like any combination of fantasy, comedy, romance, historical, mystery and gender bender elements. Even better if the series incorporates them all! I consider romance more or less a must when it comes to shoujo manga.
For the mystery genre, it can be anything from characters with a mysterious past/mysterious events to actual mystery solving, though I prefer the latter (hence why I'm a huge fan of detective series like Ghost Hunt). |

I'm a fan of romantic shojo manga. I also like when there's a little bit of fantasy or adventure like in Ayashi no Ceres or Basara  |

Hmmm I like romance in my manga, definitely. i tend not to like many fantasy series but prefer real world types. Also school stories seem to be the majority of shoujo I read. |

romance is a must, I rarely read manga / watch anime without this genre...
Then the next is fantasy or historical.
Mystery or action.
Reverse harem is also ok, as long as I know that the heroine is going to end up with someone and I know who she's going to ended up with. (the whole angelique series pissed me off, I was wasting my time, watching the whole episodes only for the heroine to not ended up with anyone  ) |

I like to read all type of genre as long as the storyline is good and the art is good. I don't read yaoi or yuri because that not my taste. No offense to those who like to like it. |

Shoujo and Josei and always with romance. Can be comedy, adventure, historical, drama. Much as i like tragedy stories I try to stay away from it. I cry too much. |
